Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policies governing booking advances and trip cancellations.

1. Booking Confirmation

A 30% advance confirms the booking.

2. Cancellation by the Traveller

After the booking is confirmed, the advance is not refunded if the traveller cancels.

If the traveller cancels less than 7 days before travel, no amount paid is refunded.

3. Vehicle Allocation & Changes

The exact vehicle is confirmed at booking and depends on availability.

If the vehicle provided does not match the booking, tell us before the trip starts so we can fix it. Once the trip has started with the vehicle, it cannot be changed.

4. Peak Season

Standard rates do not apply from 15 December to 10 January.
