Standard Daily Hire Rates
Local Kochi cab hire, chauffeur driven, fixed fare per day. Outstation trips carry a minimum daily distance.
Daily Cab Hire Rates
Includes 80 km and 8 hours allowance per day. Outstation trips have a 100 km per day minimum.

Standard Terms & Travel Guidelines
Transparent terms applied to all daily taxi hires and Kerala holiday packages.
Booking Confirmation
A 30% advance confirms the booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
After the booking is confirmed, the advance is not refunded if the traveller cancels. If the traveller cancels less than 7 days before travel, no amount paid is refunded.
Vehicle Allocation & Changes
The exact vehicle is confirmed at booking and depends on availability. If the vehicle provided does not match the booking, tell us before the trip starts so we can fix it. Once the trip has started with the vehicle, it cannot be changed.
Standard Duty Hours & Night Service
Standard duty time is 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Driving or waiting after 8:00 PM, including night halts and late airport pickups, is agreed with the driver before the trip and may carry extra charges.
Tolls & Parking
Toll charges and parking fees are additional and must be paid directly.
Interstate Permits & Border Taxes
Interstate permits and border taxes are additional for travel outside Kerala (such as Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu).
Driver Allowance (Bata)
Driver bata is included, except when the driver stays at a place without driver accommodation.
Package Starting Point
Package kilometers are counted from the starting point stated at booking.
Peak Season Rates (15 Dec – 10 Jan)
Standard rates do not apply from 15 December to 10 January.
